registration closed around 6 weeks ago when they reached the limit of 20,000 runners so unless you want to run as a bandit or find somebody who has registered and wont be running and you can get their chip etc then you cant run it

most of the races have deadlines about a month out so it may be too late to register for them, if you have a korean friend there you could call a couple of them and see if they will take a late registration (not many english speakers for these races)
