Pleasure running with you yesterday and learning a bit about the scene in S. Africa. I have to get to the Two Oceans!

I'll be posting about the BBQ soon but l have a conference next weekend so I'm going to have it the weekend after...potluck / bbq get together for us runners all around Seoul.
