I haven't been running much over the last few months. I have lived in three countries in the last 4 months, in 6 different locations, so finding a rhythm has been tricky. The air pollution in Seoul hasn't been great, either, but I am adapting. I am looking forward to getting another marathon notch this year, so I have to get my butt in gear! Any advice about running in Seoul would be awesome. Look forward to meeting some fellow runners, once I feel okay counting myself in that category again!
