Share 'Need a running companion??'

Is anyone in here an animal lover? The situation for animals here is pretty bleak, but there are a couple of no-kill shelters near Seoul and Daegu. I volunteer at the one in Cheonan-Asan every Saturday and I get a crazy good workout walking/running the dogs up a really steep mountain.
