Running the 10K nike+ run (WHEN THE WORLD RUN) October 24th

I need to know how to get in this run + and where we can meet...
Cant read Korean yet! went on the NIKE+ korea...

registration closed around 6 weeks ago when they reached the limit of 20,000 runners so unless you want to run as a bandit or find somebody who has registered and wont be running and you can get their chip etc then you cant run it
