I've been sick with a multitude of things (stomach virus, strep, cough, and most recently a killer eye infection) but I'm scheduled to do my 3rd half-marathon on Friday. Is it best for me just to sit out the race until I've fully recovered from this stuff??? HELP! It's hard for me to decide because either way I'll feel guilty :(
I agree with Joe. It sounds like you have really had a difficult time recently and haven't been able to get much training in. Rest and allow your body to recuperate. There is no shortage of half-marathons to run in Korea. You'll be much happier when you are able to run with your body at 100%.
